Using spoolie, brush brows up to show any sparse areas + comb hairs into place. Fill in brows with hair-like strokes using eyebrow pencil. Start at the inner corner of the brows to lightly define this area, moving into the arch of the brows to add more pigment and thickness. Use the spoolie again to blend color into brow hairs for all-day, strong hold.
