Self-care means doing small things that benefit your well-being and help you be the happiest and healthiest version of yourself.
So to make sure you stay at the top of your priority list, we came up with a self-care checklist for you to follow for every week of 2019. After all, you need to love yourself before you love others. (P.S. Don’t forget to treat yourself to a FabFitFun Winter Box before you dive into the calendar!)
January
- December 31 – January 6: Write a love letter telling yourself all the things you love about you.
- January 7 – 13: Give yourself a generous online shopping budget and shop ’til your WiFi drops.
- January 14 – 20: Use the Sherrie Matthews Acupuncture Jade Stone Roller to give yourself a refreshing mini facial!
- January 21 – 27: Start a gratitude journal.
- January 28 – February 3: Learn how to meditate (check out the meditation videos on FabFitFunTV!).
February
- February 3 – 10: Leave work a little early, grab some wine, light some candles, and take a relaxing bubble bath.

- March 4 – 10: Try yoga.
- March 11 – 17: Explore your creative side with a therapeutic adult coloring book.
- March 18 – 24: Do some spring cleaning and donate anything you no longer want.
- March 25 – March 31: Connecting with others helps us feel involved, understood, and appreciated. Host or attend an unboxing party with fellow FabFitFun members in your area. Get started at fabfitfun.com/community.
April
- April 1 – 7: Create a bouquet for yourself at a local flower shop.
- April 8 – 14: Practice saying “no” (politely). Boundaries are important!
- April 15 – 21: Plan a trip for yourself (even just for the weekend).
- April 22 – 28: Write down five accomplishments you’re most proud of.
- April 29 – May 5: Get a manicure and/or pedicure.

- May 6 – 12: Have a night of multi-masking with the BLAQ HydroGel Eye Mask and the Moroccan Gold Series Treatment Mask!
- May 13 – 19: Get out in nature and put your phone on airplane mode for one hour.
- May 20 – 26: Start your day with a FabFitFunTV workout in your favorite workout clothes.

- June 3 – 9: Rearrange your space in a way that makes you feel happy every time you come home (see page 21).
- June 10 -16: Take a long drive with the windows rolled down while blasting your favorite music or the Happy Jams Playlist on the FabFitFun Spotify account!
- June 17 – 23: Drink more water.
- June 24 – June 30: Take a full lunch break at work rather than eating at your desk.
July
- July 1 – 7: Call a loved one
- July 8 – 14: Discover a new favorite healthy meal (there are tons on FabFitFunTV).
- July 15 – 21: Take yourself to the movies
- July 22 – 28: Laugh. Whether you find some funny videos online or tune into your favorite sitcom, laughing releases those feel-good brain chemicals!
- July 29 – August 4: Write down the compliments people give you.
August
- August 5 – 11: Blast your favorite song and dance like no one’s watching.
- August 12 – 18: Go through your follow list on social media and unfollow or mute any negative accounts. Focus on positivity!
- August 19 – 25: Moisturize! Try the AHAVA Hydration Cream Mask or the Anthropologie x Mer-Sea & Co. Sea Whip Body Cream in “Coconut Sugar.”
- August 26 – September 1: Practice asking for help.

- September 1 – 8: Take a nap

- September 16 – 22: Avoid saying “sorry” for things that don’t require an apology.
- September 23 – 29: Start learning a new skill you’ve always dreamed of having.
- September 30 – October 6: Listen to an inspirational podcast.
October
- October 7 – 13: Identify your stressors and take any steps to address them.
- October 14 – 20: Change your phone wallpaper to an inspirational quote or something that brings an instant smile to your face. Check out the @fabfitfun Instagram Highlights or fff.me/freegoodies for wallpapers.
- October 21 – 27: Set boundaries for how others in your life treat you.
- October 28 – November 3: Stargaze.
November
- November 4 – 10: Get dressed up and go to a nice dinner with a loved one.
- November 11 – 17: Pause and take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth to reset.
- November 18 – 24: Visualize yourself having the best day ever before you go to sleep.
- November 25 – December 1: Send your best friend a FabFitFun box. Not only will you get feel-good gifting vibes, but you’ll also have someone to compare future goodies with!
December
- December 2 – 8: Look at some art at your local museum or gallery!
- December 9 -15: Give your animal friend a hug.
- December 16 – 22: Studies show that being generous makes us happier! Pick one or two items from your FabFitFun box to gift to your loved ones or even a stranger.
- December 23 – 29: Remember that love letter? Pull it out and read it out loud to yourself.
