I was so excited for this item! Worked great.... three times. Now it’s not diffusing at all. Lights up but nothing comes out. ????

Mine came with no plug, so I have no idea if mine would even work.

This item leaks everywhere and the water is underneath where it says to stop. I even put less and the water still leaks. So disappointed.

My diffuser stopped working after just a few uses. I’ve had other diffusers last a lot longer. Such a disappointment.

Stopped working after two uses. It will “defuse” for a few moments and then flash red and turn off. I tried pouring water out and nothing. I was excited to try it and ended up very disappointed.

I was looking forward to this in my spring box. Once I got it, I waited a while to use it. Very disappointed. It stopped working after only a couple of uses. I didn't have any leaks, but it just stopped working. I'm starting to question the electronic options in the boxes.

I finally pulled mine out of the box, filled it w/ water & oil, and nothing came out. It was “on” for hours and water at the same level. Checked it & instructions to make sure I had it right, poured water out, and tried again with same results. Lame.

Mine caught fire when I just plugged it in for the first time. Super scary. Sounds like these were totally crappy and dangerous!

This doesn't work at all, same as the above comments - cheap, doesn't diffuse, wastes oils. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this diffuser. I brought to my office, it sits right next to me and I cant smell it. The scent says happy, but it does nothing but make me frustrated. Retail is not $55 either, I just saw it on Amazon for $21.

Why did I get the essential oils and not the diffuser? The Spring box was a huge disappointment. Now, I am looking at the Add-ons and most of the items are out of stock.

Mine doesn’t diffuse. It’s not over or under filled. I turn it on and leave it on until it turns itself off and the water is still just under the MAX fill line.

Def disappointed in the quality of this diffuser- it doesn’t diffuse strong enough to smell the oils, even if you’re standing right over it...cheaply made

This item is horrible! It's so cheap and it can't even make a small room smell like the essential oil I added!
