Summer always promises big blockbuster films, but you can expect some must-see movies this upcoming season. From love stories to mysterious thrillers, you’re bound to find a new favorite.

We’re def going to watch the list of movies below once it hits theaters:

Tom and Isabel Sherbourne, the happily married lighthouse keepers, lose a child through miscarriage. However, they end up finding a baby in a rowboat that washed ashore. Tom is morally torn between reporting the lost child and letting his wife raise the baby as her own — he eventually chooses the latter. Life is swell with the family until they meet a woman who might be their child’s real mother. We’re excited to watch Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander in this drama.

Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger, played by Tom Hanks, became a national hero when he successfully landed a plane full of passengers in the Hudson River. Although all 155 people on board were safe, an investigation was conducted on the situation and delves into Sully’s past and psyche.

Starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Shailene Woodley, Snowden is based on the true story of the man who shocked the world by exposing illegal activities conducted by the NSA. The movie delves not only into the political and controversial side of Edward Snowden, but also into his personal life that most don’t know about. As Rotten Tomatoes noted, “the epic story of why he did it, who he left behind, and how he pulled it off makes for one of the most compelling films of the year.”

Brad starts college after being assaulted the previous summer. Brad’s older brother Brett is already established in a fraternity, which Brad is desperate to join. In the name of brotherhood and the desire to feel accepted, the fraternity pledges are put through Hell Week – a rite of passage full of humiliation and torture. Goat offers a harsh and realistic view not only into fraternity hazing, but also male aggression as a whole. We’re def looking forward to Ben Schnetzer and Nick Jonas’ performance.

First there was The Hateful Eight and The Ridiculous Six, and now comes The Magnificent Seven. This star-studded cast features Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt, Ethan Hawke, Peter Sarsgaard, and many others. Rose Creek is a small Western town that is under the control of an evil industrialist, and the townspeople hire the help of seven outlaws to protect them and to fight back.

If Ocean’s Eleven and The Hangover had a baby, Masterminds would be it. This action-comedy stars Zach Galifianakis, Kristen Wiig, Owen Wilson, Kate McKinnon, and Jason Sudeikis. David (Galifianakis), drives an armored vehicle and transports money on a daily basis. Kelly Campbell (Wiig) convinces David to join forces with other criminals to pull off a multi-million dollar heist. Once the group takes off with the money, they frame David to take the fall. On the run from the law and a bounty hunter, David fights to get back at the people who double-crossed him.

Miles Teller plays Vinny Pazienza, a New Jersey boxer who won two world title fights. After a terrible car accident, Vinny is left with a broken neck. He refuses neck fusion, which guarantees him being able to walk again, and risks paralysis to make an incredible comeback and make a return to the ring just one year after his accident. Teller is joined by Aaron Eckhart and Katey Sagal in this inspiring epic about a boxer who refuses to give up on his dream.

Richard and Mildred Loving (Joel Edgerton and Ruth Negga) are a married, interracial couple living in 1960s Virginia. Both are arrested for cohabiting with a member of a different race and have their rights violated. Bernie Cohen and Grey Villet (Nick Kroll and Michael Shannon) come to their aid as they fight for their right to live and love in their hometown. Based on the true story of the Loving v. Virginia Supreme Court ruling, Loving tells the inspiring story of how one couple’s love changed the Constitution.

Harry Potter fans rejoice! J.K. Rowling’s next movie is finally upon us! Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is a prequel to the Harry Potter saga and follows Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) who’s a writer in New York’s secret community of witches and wizards. When a number of creatures escape from his briefcase, the American wizarding authorities set out after him. Newt sets out to correct his mistake before the tension between magical and non-magical people boils over.
