Hello Today is 30th Of May 2020 I have been charged for the summer box 3 days ago, but I still haven't recieved my Spring box. Just wondering if I am going to receive my spring box at all?

Pretty sure you get sent an email when it is time to customise. So many angry people for no reason. If you take the time to read through all the information I'm certain that you would feel differently and not be so upset.

I ordered the box this month to my surprise it said 58.00 well I ended up paying 76.00 because I'm from Canada and the exchange rate applied. Not happy about this I will be cancelling my summer box.

Wow is all I can say. I cannot believe there are about forty eight of you women who cannot follow directions on how to customize the box. I just started ordering the box this year for the spring edition. I followed the directions and was able to customize my box. Super simple! Although I am only a seasonal subscriber and a lot of the items were out of stock that I really wanted, my second choice was available. No biggie. For the lady who says her daughter stated these boxes are not worth $100, must not shop any where but Walmart. These boxes are well worth the price and the fun of some things being a surprise. Stop bitching about the stuff you won't use and give it away to one of your girlfriends, daughter or daughters friends! For goodness sakes, this is not that hard! FFF #1 fan Selena Marsh

It appears that some people don’t know how to customize..... it sounds like they think add-ons mean they are Sale items that can be used for customization, First off, it’s pretty straight forward if You can read. They post the exact dates that annual vs quarterly people can choose to their customized items. Secondly, they never charge you “immediately.” I did FFF for 2 years straight and never had an issue customizing. I always looked up the date it became available and put it in my calendar. If you’re an annual member, you shouldn’t have any issues of stuff being “sold out” during customization. Also for anyone complaining about that, how often do you check back? Because before I was an annual member, I found that if I checked back everyday, 9/10 times I ended up being able to get what I wanted.

I was charged $188 for annual fee and with it is supposed to be customization. But it never works. When I tried to customize I was charged $135 and sent extra items. Customization is a trick. It charges you for sale items. It doesn’t work. Also this is my second box since I went annual and it never arrived. Like the first one I had to contact them as if I would have never got it if I did not contact. It’s also lost in transit. Will be 3 more weeks. I also ordered extra sale items and they arrived. But none of the good stuff arrived. Only the junk. 5 items. My daughter said that’s not worth over $100! They show all kinds of fancy items. Like flat irons. Teeth whitening kits with the light. You click on the items you want and it charges you instantly. But then you find out all the good items are sold out after you enter everything. Rip off. I was not able to customize box again. We shall see what the list replacement box will be. If it’s not good I’m cancelling. Same problem happened with boxycharm. They started sending junk. Not the nice items advertised. I cancelled Boxycharm. I’m trying Tribe but I think it might be same problem. And expensive. I’m going to cancel them too.

I have never been able to pick the items in my box , except for my very 1st box when I signed up and if I don’t get to pick next time I will cancel my subscription It seems like I get the leftovers and my last box wasn’t complete and they sent me a couple of items separate

I just joined on 3/13 and received my Spring box today 3/25 came home found at front door excited because I expected in 30 days. I didn’t customize my box being new wasn’t sure how worked. Regardless received 8 items liked everything FFF picked out for me based on my things I chose I would be interested in when joining. Not sure what all the complaints are about guarantee x1 item in my box is more expensive by Murad then what I paid for my entire box all the rest are a bonus.. super excited to receive new items that I will definitely use and try out.. 8 new items and each one very cool did I say super excited again. Looking forward to my next box for Summer even if I don’t customize I have confidence that FFF will still send me stuff I said I would be interested in to receive in my box. Amid all going on today was happy to find a cute box waiting for me with 8 new items all fun and amazing to use for face , collagen, wrinkles with light therapy , cool brush, body , masks etc Good job FFF put a smile on my face. Hope this helps others out to join. First box was a hit!!

I got email that I could customize soon in recent weeks and logged to see aboput this. After logging it today - it says I am not able to customize. Can someone email me with an update to this error and why I could not customize when notified or on the date i was allowed too. Thank you.

got an email on march 4,2020 saying my box has shipped so I went and checked the tracking number and it said label created but not shipped and it is March 17,2020 I'm canceling my membership this is ridiculous

This is the first month where so many customization options were sold out early and not only that but there were no must haves for me in this box. Disappointed and thinking it’s time to move on for good from fabfitfun.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED! Please cancel any and all future orders. I have been disappointed of the crappy items that are sent one too many times. This box was especially disappointing with items that are of no use to me. The worst of this are the cheap straws that I can get at Ross for $5! Then add the even cheaper looking necklace ugh that just sealed the deal for me. I won’t even go into the jacket or whatever it is, again I can get one that looks like this for $12. I would like my money back and instructions on how to return the box. Thank you

I recieved my Spring box, no email prior asking me to select options or telling me what was inside. Everything inside the box was something I would NOT have selected. Mot happy with this box, I will be sending it back and canceling my service. This was not worth it.

I requested customer service contact several times via email, as I too am confused on the customization process; there is no phone contact listed to discuss directly with someone. I received no email acknowledgement or response. I also had prior experience with having received a damaged out without being able to replace. I too am sharing high degree of frustration.

I just became a member and after all these comments I’m very confused and concerned. Also why can’t you pick only certain items, when does this ship and what are we getting? Does anybody contact via phone numbers? I really wanted the brush and it was not a choice smh............

I never received an email with notification to customize the Spring Box. If the box I receive is comprised of items that I am unhappy with, I will be canceling.

I am interested in subscribing but can't figure out how to go about customizing my order. Reading all the comments makes me wonder if that is the plan. I think I'll wait until there's a better set up so that I don't get things I know I'll never use.

Now I'm going to be getting random stuff that I will never use. This might be the last box I get if I find this box to be a waste of money since you guys failed to send out an email about customization.

I didn’t get an invite to customize. I’m not happy & now I got a notice that the package has shipped. I probably will cancel my subscription. Half of the items in my winter box didn’t work for me & I gave the away. Can you return the spring box?

I saw that you charged me for this next box. I had cancelled my account online so I’ve unsubscribed. Please refund my account and keep the box. It’s not good that you also don’t answer questions here, nor do you offer a phone number.
