Follow this guide to know which products to start and end with, and which ones you can weave into the mix every once in a while.

Step 1: Cleanser

Use daily, a.m./p.m.

Start and end your day with a cleanser that clears your pores of oil, dirt, and other impurities.

Step 2: Dry Brush

On clean, dry skin, sweep the brush along your forehead, down your nose and chin, across your cheeks, and finally down your neck to reduce puffiness.

Step 3: Face Mask

Use 2-3x a week, a.m./p.m.

If your skin still feels dehydrated, apply this mask to nourish it with hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. Then rinse off after 15 minutes. You can also leave it on overnight!

Step 4: Eye Patches
