You have superhuman strength. If your weights feel so light that you can do a ton of reps without tiring, then you should add more weight resistance to your workout. The optimal weight resistance should be to complete 10-15 reps in one set, while still feeling challenging.
You look flawless. If you’ve worked out for an hour, but your hair and makeup still look flawless, you’re probably not working up as much of a sweat as you should be. Increase the intensity of your future workouts.
You’ve caught up with everyone at the gym. It’s nice to be friendly, but gym time is not social hour. If you’re spending more time conversing with friends or gym staff than actually doing physical activity, you aren’t doing yourself any favors.
