Ingredients
2 ounces El Silencio Mezcal
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce ginger
1/2 ounce agave syrup
Directions
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake and strain over ice.
2. Garnish with fennel fronds, fennel pollen, and one buzz button flower.
