My silver love bracelet broke. The clasp just completely came off to where the LOVE letters attach to the chain. It was a gift to my daughter and she’s so upset. I see this is a problem this bracelet tends to have. Is there a way to get another one. I have a picture of the bracelet with its original packaging

I really loved my bracelet..however after it falling off at least 20 times it is finally lost!! How can I get info on getting a new one? I had the silver one.

Does FFF respond to these comments? I'm so bummed my bracelet fell off and it's lost for good = ( Would love to know how I can get another. Hope they fix the problem of the faulty clasps.
