3. Test, test, test
Whether it’s how durable the straps on a bag are or the efficacy of a makeup item, we put all products through our own rigorous quality control test. If it didn’t pass the test, we didn’t put it in the box. That’s that.
4. Discuss and deliberate
Once we narrowed everything down, we created several iterations of the box. Every FabFitFun department you can think of got into heated (but fun) discussions about what customers would like better.
