Educate Yourself
There are countless benefits to drinking water including clear skin, more energy, and even enhanced weight loss. Get online and do some research to really solidify the idea in your head that drinking more water will improve your life for the better.
Establish a Goal
Set a measurable daily water intake goal. A good rule of thumb is to drink half your bodyweight in ounces.
Sip in Style
