Still haven’t received my Fall 2021 box. I tracked it two weeks ago and it was expected to be delivered 2 days ago, then it changed to being delivered today. Well now it doesn’t even have an expected delivery date. According to the tracking history, it’s just been sitting in Georgia for a week or more and I know there hasn’t been any inclement weather in GA, so….

I haven't received my Fall box, I was unaware that I could customize as I have been an annual member for years of FFF. I get emails to reactivate my account. I did have to cancel a few boxes so maybe that caused a mix up. Positive note, I LOVE when I receive my box, and so do the girls at my office!

Seriously 😳 just received a whole box of junk 2 items I received before🤦🏻‍♀️ Don’t waist your money this FFF went downhill fast. I received a tiny can of beer🤦🏻‍♀️ I had to laugh really a shitty can of beer 😂

My box just shipped and I haven’t seen what is in it yet, but I just wanted to comment that all of these complaints of people being unable to customize because they were sick or busy or preparing for a baby are ridiculous! Logging in and customizing your stuff only takes a few minutes! You can take an extra few when you lay down for bed or get up a few minutes early. Or literally anytime you are waiting for any reason. If you can’t get with the program and take a few minutes, that’s your fault. You shouldn’t bad mouth the company. They have great stuff at a low price. I didn’t see anything on the customization options that was garbage this time, so how are you getting a box full of crap? I just don’t get it…

I customized my box but didn’t get the choices that I picked in my box. I seem to get what ever was leftover. I’m so disappointed because I have been an annual member for the last few years and this is the worse box I have ever received! It’s time to cancel my membership 😭

Apparently even if you customize immediately upon the window, your choices are changed because FF obviously doesn't order enough. They don't even have the smarts to inform before shipping. And then to have to wait UP TO 30 DAYS after taking payment is wrong on so many levels. Not sure it's worth continuing.

I somehow missed out on the customization as well and this box is a HUGE disappointment. It looks like someone just threw a bunch of cheap leftovers in a box and sent it. This will be my last box! Shame on you FFF!

I didn’t get to customize due to traveling & received a bunch of total crap😡 This is so rude to do to paying customers! Nor do they look at profile obviously🙄 Very unsatisfied!

Omg! How does one not know how to choose from a group of things? I did mine in 3 minutes. All those who say they were busy, this world is full of whiny people, anymore. Nobody honestly get an exception in this if you were sick, having a baby, etc. We all have things going on and don't expect a subscription box to do everything the way we need them to, to fit our lives. Of all life and world problems... I don't think it's their fault that you can't look up the date for customization and you miss their email. My God!

Terrible fall box. I was flying from Italy and never got my customize option due to WiFi. Very disappointed and thinking of cancelling my membership. The items selected were awful, none of this box will be used. Total waste. Bad quality and not worth the price.

I’m an annual member and finished customizing my box 30 minutes after the window opened. I chose the silver canisters, but see that I have an electric toothbrush coming. I have no need for the toothbrush. How do I fix this?

Keeps telling me I need to change my password and I try but it never works so I can't login so I cant customize my spring or summer still cant do my fall box ! And my summer box was terrible hated everything ! Hoping my fall box makes up for it ! May not renew my subscription!!#

I had my third child two weeks early and was in the hospital during the window. The customization window is too short. If this is not rectified I am going to cancel my membership. I wouldn’t of picked the items that are on the way to me. Looks like a lot of people are in the same boat. I emailed fff on the 11th and have yet to receive a response.

I did not receive an email to let me know customization was open and missed the deadline. I am not happy about it, and sounds like I’m not the only one this happened to. Please re open customization for annual members!

I was unable to customize my Fall Box due to health reasons, so wondered what will happen without customization. Will I still get a box, but it'll be automatically selected? I don't mind that, given my circumstances, yet hope I'll still get something. Thanks in advance for your response.

I wish the customization was left open longer. It's only a 3 day window over the weekend and I always forget as I have other things going on. It would be better during a weekday when I'm already working/checking emails. Is there an option to send a text to your phone instead the day it opens? Also, being so early in August, I'm not even thinking of fall yet, so this one totally slipped my mind!

For those of you confused about customization: This is a preview of what you can choose at a future date. You should have received an email as to when that is. Annual members are 1st, then others. You'll get an email when it's available. Then you go to the website & make your choices then (it'll walk you through the steps). You can also choose to purchase extra items at a discount, if you'd like more than 1 choice. There's limited quantities, so you'll have the best chance at getting what you want with the annual membership, but just keep track of the date & make your choices as soon as your customization window opens.

I’m so confused on how this works? Even more how you do it. I’ve been searching around for 1/2 an hour trying to customize while stuff is selling our. This is new. An explanation on how it works would be nice. Bc I’m clueless! Makes me want to quit this box all together with nothing in stock and now this new way with no explanation on how and where to actually do it. I am afraid I’m not going to be customizing this box bc I don’t know how. How anyone has figured this out is beyond me! Please reply and explain how this works! I’m not the only one!

I don't think I totally understand how this works. I am an annual member. Does that mean I choose 1 item from each customization category? So, that should give me 6 items?

So disappointed I was not able to get the silver canisters on the first day. I chose it and then later got message not available. I know you had issues with it saving per previous communication but you need to get more stock and honor choices.
