Lots of negative reviews here. I happen to love fff. I did have an issue where I customized in plenty of time and then the app said all of my choices were "surprises" which really upset me. I contacted fff as soon as I saw that and told them. They told me to wait and see what was in my box, which I did. Sure enough, nothing I customized was there. I was disappointed. Then I talked with customer service again and they sent me 3 of the choices I had made (the 4th, which I wanted most, was unfortunately sold out) but they sent the other 3 items and told me to just keep the 3 that I didn't ask for during customizations. I am a bit disappointed that I had to go through it all, but that is great customer service. They're not magicians and things happen, but in my experience, they always do their very best to make it right. Not canceling anytime in the foreseeable future.

I’ve had a box or two where I wasn’t over the moon but this box I got two days ago was very disappointing:( for the first time I received only 7 not 8 items and 4 of them I got in the last two boxes! All small and in the giant box . I’ve been getting the box now for going on 5 years and never had duplicates …super sad in Utah

I’m very disappointed as well. I’m not renewing my membership. My fall box was horrible. I keep getting crap that I got last year. Hey new stuff and maybe I’ll stay, I’m not holding my breath on that. Very sad in Minnesota ☹️😣

I’m seem to be in the same sad boat as many others. This season choices really suck. I still have not received last seasons box. How long do I have to wait? I put in for a pass on this month. The morning of the first day and items I would have liked were gone. Why would I order items I received in past boxes not that long ago. Your upping the price and pushing crap (the cactus cup). No more lip scrub or moisturizers. Don’t even get me started on the lack of items for us curvy girls. Getting a plus size item that is not a poncho never happens. I don’t even think they even have any in stock they just put it on there so they don’t get sued. I don’t see myself renewing. This was my treat to myself. My happy place. Now it is sad and stressful.

FFF is has to change alot of things. I'm very disappointed this is going to my last year I will canceling my subscription. I didn't like none of them items I had to choose from and the ones I did like where all out if stock. At the beginning of my subscription I loved everything they had to offer but now not so happy. Items I would love to reorder are nowhere to be found. On top of all that this year the subscription increased not a very good idea.

Interesting that the majority of comments aren’t positive. I’ve been a member going into my third year. The boxes were so awesome for the first year. Then they slowly started going down hill. Cheap plastic items with some crazy value that we all know is not the truth and no it doesn’t make us think we are getting a great deal. The items were once awesome and if good quality. Not so much. A cheap cloth jewellery case worth about $5 is valued at $30. Lol. I can get the same sort of thing at Walmart for less than $10. For the price we pay you should up your game. Especially for us Canadians. There are now Canadian ci panties willing to take out money for the same sort of box shipment. Less money if we factor in the exchange and shipping too. How many face and hand lotions can one face endure - anything good is already gone on all the and ins and flash sales. I don’t see much of a benefit in keeping my subscription- I’m only staying because it accidentally got renewed this fall before we realized it. Therefore this year we are paying way more attention and will defiantly be cancelling in time. How disappointing in what was once a great company that was sending quality items worth grabbing about. Now I rarely tell anyone. I’m embarrassed over a few pathetic items that have arrived. My entire fall box was regifted as Xmas gifts. The only things I liked were the things I bought as ad ons because I wanted something I was going to like. More $$ shelled out

I’m always super excited for my NOC opening. But lately I’ve been disappointed. I’m no longer getting an option to select my items (despite an annual membership) so I keep getting regift items. Cancelling my subscription

I love my boxes, some stuff I'm like meh but other than that I am a 2nd year subscriber and my Winter 2020 box was really awesome I was able to get the Unhide blanket I don't know why I didn't get it before, really love stand will get another when it comes back! I also got the mason top shaker, La Sae utensil set and my froth mixer :) Can't wait for the spring box I want the Arcacia wood lazy Susan, the insulated bag, that honey jar face stuff with the magnetic top to hold the spoon, maybe the robe and there is something else I had my eye but can't remember at this moment.

Just disappointed. I tried a box in July and was not impressed so I cancelled my subscription. In November I was offered the Winter box at a discounted rate so I thought I would try it. Its just OK. It was a small box - nothing like what was advertised. I will cancel again. Not worth it.

I was notified that my box was on the way after I suspended my subscription. My account was charged AND I wasn’t even given the option of selecting my items! Not excited at all and I will be canceling, not suspending, this time!

After reading comments from other subscribers,your company doesn't appear to be scamming like many claim. If you were as crooked as some subscribers think, why would you allow so many negative comments? Possibly because that will make you seem upfront and honest, because all the negative comments seemed to have a common thread, they all were exaggerated claims, that aren't facts just disgruntled subscribers. Very clever on your part, to deflect any suspicions by publishing only negative comments that made you look honest. No comments about changes your company has made that show your real agenda. For instance, saving the "good" stuff to draw in new annual subscriptions. I wonder how long this has been in place. I see your reasoning, why waste the quality items on annual members you already got their money, so it's win win for you either they resubscribe or they get replaced. I dare you to publish this and prove ne wrong

For the first time , I didn’t even get a notice about my box so I couldn’t make any of my own selections and now I’m getting a bunch of stuff that I won’t use. Time to stop by box. WTH??? My money doesn’t grow on trees, especially for stuff I’m nor interested in!

I'm pretty bummed out about this box. I was a member for years when they first came out and it was great. I decided to treat myself after some years have passed and the customization was not very good. Three of my choices ended up having to be a "surprise" which is making me feel nervous about this. The few things I was able to actually choose are not at all winter inspired or even interesting at all. I was hoping for a fun winter box. Instead all I'm getting is a planter, some hair goo and several surprises. No blanket, nothing warm and fuzzy... Not even a coffee mug or socks. I also got caught up in add on that consist of some body sponges and other things I really don't need but felt like I wanted to treat myself to something. So, $175 for a winter box with no winter goodies makes me kinda sad. FFF used to be awesome. I'm definitely going to cancel if I don't get something winter like. Heck, some hot coco mix and a coffee cup would get me feeling winter vibes at this point!

I am so close to canceling. Just got my winter box and of course there is nothing to get excited about. What has happened to these boxes? They used to be full of items that were cool and unique. Last few boxes look like there was little thought put into it. And now it’s all about BOOSTING our box? I’m very disappointed to say the least. 🙄😒

I am getting really frustrated with these boxes! I never know when the time will be to customize the next box! There is so short a period for us that have Annual memberships to customize. It would be great if you could give a few more days and as someone else suggested why couldn't the schedule of box events be posted so we could add to our reminders? I missed my customization for the Winter box and am now waiting for something I have no idea what is in it! From the other reviews I have no faith will be anything I want.

Not impressed that the customization window is so small or that they don't just have a calendar up for the year so I can set a reminder in my calendar in advance to know when to customize. When I can customize the boxes are passable but when you can't customize you get what no one else wanted and it's junk. Don't waste your money with this company.

Ok how do I get the Boosts?? No link?? I paid for Annual and upgrades. And I’m not getting anything. Because all is SOLD OUT on add-ons. I would love the Boosts talked about above. But how? Where? Thinking I’m wasting my money here??

I was so excited to get this membership and all the boxes but so far it’s been a disappointment so many things I get are broken or become broken and when I ask them to replace them they always ignore me so I have to email over and over months later to get nowhere Always telling me they don’t have the items anymore and offer me old items that I don’t want or need How many face masks and hair masks do you think people need Don’t want them so sad makes not so fun anymore And now I see the winter box choices are repeats I don’t think I will sign up again or tell my friends too Don’t want anyone else to be disappointed Would be nice if anyone in this company ever read these comments and did something about it

I'm an annual member, but this is my first time in the community. Looks like I'm missing out on a lot by not participating in the community, because I've been reading about other members who have received special in-between items that I knew nothing about. How does one get included in the extra stuff? So far, I've been very pleased with my FFF boxes. I anxiously await the arrival of each quarterly box, and those from various sales. It's like Christmas every time a FFF box appears at my house! FFF was a clever idea.

I would love it the things I order from FFF are not used returns. I received a partially used tube of shea butter that was obviously still a little greasy from use. Anyone else have this issue?

Can you seal the box more My box was missing items out of it. You can tell someone opened it because the seal was opened. There was only the seal in front so anyone can open it and take what they want... And did
