So I just received an email stating that my box will be here in two weeks and I didn't get the chance to customize. If I get the headband it is USELESS, as I wear hijab. If I get the champagne flutes it'll also be disappointing, as I don't drink alcohol. Why can't I customize? How is customization not open yet but my box is going to be shipped soon? Get 8 items and possibly can't use two of them.please don't disappoint me 🙃😑

I was going to join but after reading all these bad comments. I can't spend money that is so hard to come by now days on this. I can by thing better and don't have to guess what my money is going to.

Just got my winter box and it was a big joke........ After reading a lot of comments I guess I was not the only one that was not happy. I paid $53.49 for some stuff that I will not ever use. I have been thinking about canceling now I know I should have done it before.

Received this box and I am VERY UNHAPPY with it! It came in a large box with just brown paper and all the SMALL ITEMS were just thrown in the box. No tissue, no good packaging. And to top it off, this box sucked! I will be cancelling! Shame on you all for a poor quality box.

I just recieved my box and it was thrown in there with brown stuffed paper! No tissue...no nice packaging...horrible! The presentation was horrendous! What has happened to you all! Very disappointed. I will be cancelling. Looks like many others will be also!

I actually was able to customize,unlike a lot of people here, however not one single thing I picked during customization was actually in my box. Literally not one. And the site and app keep showing me "my box" and asking me to review it except its showing items I did not receive! I'm so frustrated.

I am VERY disappointed in this winter box and will NEVER order again. I ordered as a gift and would feel ashamed to give. The presentation used to be so cute and fun to open, but not this box. Terrible. Waste of money

Just curious, but it seems like no one received a customization email for their winter box. Is it too late to customize at this point? It's pretty disappointing if so! (I, too, did not receive a customization email, just a pending charge on my card for the winter box)

Wow. Just WOW. This was the absolute WORST box I have ever received. My husband pre-paid a subscription for me. He never got an email to customize. I can tell by previous comments that the email never went out. However, he did get the email the box was on it's way. I am so incredibly disappointed.

Super upset I didn't get a reminder email to customize my winter box. Terrified I will end up with junk I won't use, need or want. I'm from Canada I spend a good sum of money (exchange rate is not good at all).. think I will be canceling my subscription after this. Not pleased. Thanks fabfitfun for not being so fun anymore

I received an email today that my payment went through. Odd...since I didn’t get an email to customize. I’m super disappointed and afraid to see what I will be receiving. If it’s junk items (like what other subscribers have mentioned in their comments here) I will be cancelling my subscription immediately.

I received email notification when it was time to customize my winter box, however I gave up after three attempts, twice having received an error message. Wasn’t too concerned about it until having read a large number of posts indicating g their disappointment with the winter box. Fingers crossed.

I went into my app everyday from the 13th to now. I never was able to customize my box and I am a select member. I wasn't even able to add anything on to my box. I think after my year is up, I will be cancelling my membership. The fun is being able to customize and add. It makes you excited and gives you something to look forward.

I got a notification email that my Winter box has shipped (yay), but I NEVER got an email to customize. I checked what was coming for sure and then looked at what I could have customized with, and I'm SUPER disappointed. This is my first year, and all other boxes I was sent an email about customization time, but not this one. I'm not as excited for this box, unfortunately.

This was the worst box I've ever received. I did customization as soon as it opened, picked all my items and then two days later received an email saying I still needed to customize, went back in and all my picks were gone. Messaged them and was told it was just a glitch in the system and my picks were there. Received my box and two items were missing that I had added. Messaged them again and the guy had the nerve to try and put blame on me. Went back and forth for a while and finally was told they be sending them out. I also referred a friend and she signed up and was charged $1,700.00 for the subscription which she then had to bring up with them and her bank. Not sure what's going on with FFF lately but it seems like the quality and customer service is really going down hill!

For those who missed customizing, I was not able to customize last for the Fall box. I called customer service at (855) 313-6267 and they happily sent me an email imeditally to customize. The email was sent while I was on the phone and the rep entered my choices manually. She was helpful and very polite. I couldn't of been happier after being so disappointed.

This was the worst box I have ever gotten. I wasn’t able to customize, which I always do. And I received every item I would not have picked. It was cheaply done. I’ve been a member since 2017 and will sadly be cancelling. The melted, squished kind bar was a nice touch. ????????

This will be my second box and I'm excited. I also got to customize my box. I don't understand the issue with not receiving an email to customize: You mark your calendar for the date or check your app and voila!

Really disappointed with how the winter box customizations were NOT working for MOST of us it seems. It’s very unprofessional especially when you pre-pay up front and spend the extra money for a service but then never get the notification. Seems PRETTY DARN unethical and VERY unprofessional. I will definitely NOT be renewing my membership.

I was able to customize my box, on the date posted, with no problem! Super excited that I was able to choose the one thing I wanted most! I see a lot of people are having issues. I went through the app, clicked box and was able to do it and purchase add ons!

I contacted customer service about not being able to customize my box either like everyone above stated. I was told it showed an email was sent but based on the comments above I can tell it was not. I was informed to check my junk mail, of course nothing there. I paid for a year in advance, I really hope this problem gets fixed or I will be canceling.

I see I'm not the only one who is frustrated that I couldn't customize my box for some reason and did not get a response from my email. I am a customer for several years and I don't think I ever got any extras added in or surprises.

I dont understand why there hasn't been any contact from the company. On the app, and on the website it say customization is closed. It was only supposed to open this morning on November 13th. It makes no sense, on top of that, its says all my options are a surprise, just from the first video theres an item the lady says you need to talk to a doctor if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, whats the point if I get something I cant use in the box? I hope this is just a bug that theyre fixing, because if not I feel like a lot of people, myself included, are gonna cancel their subscriptions.

I just received my Winter Box. What a disappointment! I'm an annual subscriber too! My extras was a couple of cheap scrunchies and a miniature Kind Bar. Really!! I just spent $263 including add ons and this is what I received? They start off with a great first box, then after that it goes down fast! Buyer beware. I'm done with this company.

Um, am I missing something? Why did I receive an email saying my winter box has shipped when I still haven’t received the email to customize my winter box??? I just clicked on “look in my box” and didn’t pick any of the items shown. When I go to track my box it takes me to a link in fed ex that says I have no orders to track? Perhaps this is just an error and the window to pick is still open? I’m a select member so I should have been able to have first pick. Will someone please help me with this?

This is a disappointment. For the fall box, I received an email that customization was open. However when I went to the link, it states it was now closed. This happened AGAIN for the winter box. What is the point in offering customization if we are not able to do so. I am going to cancel my subscription as this if false advertising!

I was able to customize on fab fit website by clicking the horizontal lines on top left of my account and clicking customize under my box tab. Tried posting this once before but it didn’t post so this info might show up twice from me if original post goes through.

I just paid for an annual subscription because I am supposed to be able to customize my box. When I select the option to customize, sends me to an error page. How do I customize? This is the only reason I subscribed.

I just received my winter box. Very disappointed.. nothing I picked was inside. 90% of the box is useless to me. I would never pick a scarf or a headband or a scrunchie. Let a lone cutting boards. This was a total waste of my money. I will be cancelling. This is going downhill fast.
