What is FFF Style?
FabFitFun Style is a personalized fashion styling service offered exclusively to FabFitFun members. Take our quiz to get started and let our stylists thoughtfully curate a wardrobe fit to your unique shape and lifestyle.
How does it work?
- TAKE OUR QUIZ: Let our stylists know your unique preferences, sizes and body shape, so they can get started creating looks you’ll love!
- SCHEDULE A BOX: Head to your Style Profile Dashboard and select the week you’d like your Style Box to ship in the scheduling calendar. If you do not choose a ship week, we will select the earliest available ship week for you! [Note: If a week no longer has availability or is already in progress, it will appear greyed out in the calendar and you must select an alternate week]
- GET STYLED:The Styling Fee (charged the week before your box ships) will provide you with 5-6 items of clothing and accessories, hand selected by our style experts. No subscription necessary.
- STAY IN THE KNOW: Your Style Box will ship within 7-10 days from the date you are charged. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and the shipping fees are on us!
- GIVE IT A WHIRL: You will have 3 business days to try your items on in the comfort of your home and decide which styles you want to keep. Complete your Checkout Survey within the 3-day review period to tell your stylist what you loved and what didn’t work, so they know what to send in future deliveries!
- RETURN THE REST: Drop your returns in their prepaid envelope at any FedEx location, OR keep everything and get 25% off your Style box. The Styling Fee you paid prior to shipment will be applied toward any item/s you choose to purchase.
How do I sign up?
All FabFitFun members located in the US are eligible for FabFitFun Style by clicking this link, or by emailing us at email@example.com. Once you have completed your Style Quiz, you will be redirected to our Style Scheduler, where you will be able to select the week you would like your box to ship.
How do I schedule another box?
It’s simple! Head to your Style Profile Dashboard and select the week you’d like your Style Box to ship in the scheduling calendar.
[Note: If a week no longer has availability or is already in progress, it will appear greyed out in the calendar and you must select an alternate week]
How often will I receive a box?
With FabFitFun Style, the frequency of your Style Boxes is entirely up to you!
You have 2 options in terms of scheduling your Style Boxes:
- You can schedule a box anytime by going directly to the Scheduler and selecting the week you'd like your Style Box to ship out.
- You can choose to have your Style Boxes shipped automatically based on the frequency that works best for you including: every 3 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months!
Unless we have scheduling set up for you based on the options above, you will not receive a Style Box.
How do I reschedule my shipment?
If you wish to change the date of your shipment, log into your Style Profile Dashboard and click the link to reschedule your box.
What if I need to cancel my shipment?
To cancel, head to the Style Scheduler and click the link to cancel your upcoming shipment.
How much does it cost?
We charge a non-refundable Styling Fee before every FabFitFun Style Box ships. This fee will be credited towards any item you decide to keep from your box. Keep all of the items your stylist hand-selected for you and receive 25% off the entire box!
When you fill out your Style Quiz you let us know the price range you are comfortable paying for your Style Box and your stylist will do their best to send 5-6 items within the range you selected.
What is the Styling Fee for?
You’ll be charged a non-refundable Styling Fee to reserve your spot and book a stylist. The Styling Fee will be applied toward any item/s you choose to purchase. Simply fill out your Check Out Survey to indicate which items you love and you will only be charged for what you keep. Keep everything and get 25% off your entire box!
When will I be charged?
The Styling Fee will be charged the week before your stylist starts building your looks. You’ll be charged for the items you love and decide to keep after completing your Checkout Survey. The Styling Fee will be applied toward your purchase at that time.
What is a Styling Pass?
A Styling Pass is a pre-paid voucher that covers the cost of your Styling Fee. If you have a Styling Pass in your account, it will be applied to your next upcoming Style Box order automatically. Whatever amount you paid for your pass will be applied as a Style Fee Credit to any item(s) you choose to keep from your box as indicated in your Checkout Survey.
How long do I have to try on and review my items?
You will have 3 business days to try your items on in the comfort of your home and complete your Check Out Survey letting us know which styles you want to keep. Then, drop your returns in their prepaid envelope at any FedEx location, OR keep everything and get 25% off your Style box!
How do I Checkout?
Fill out your Checkout Survey indicating what items you’d like to keep, what items you’d like to return, and provide any feedback in the comments section provided to your stylist so they know what you did and didn’t like. Send back any unwanted items in the prepaid FedEx envelope provided.
What if I need more time to complete my Checkout Process?
We are happy to provide extensions if you need a few more days to review your items and send back any returns. To request an extension, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your 3 day review period is over.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently carry women’s sizes XS - 3X, 00-24W. FabFitFun Style is all about inclusivity, so we’re always working to increase our size range to cater to all of our Style Muses.
What types of items can I expect?
We carry a wide range of items including dresses, blouses, sweaters, skirts, pants, denim, jackets, outerwear, active, and accessories. We’re constantly evolving our assortment based on your feedback, so expect to see more and more of the styles you love very soon!
What brands can I expect?
FabFitFun Style is proud to work with 40+ incredible brands to offer you great quality, stylish pieces at an amazing value. Kut From the Kloth, Skies Are Blue, Liverpool, Free People, and BB Dakota are a few of the brands we work with, to name drop a few. We are always open to hearing what brands you would love to see in your Style Box! Just reach out to us at email@example.com with your suggestions anytime.
Do you offer maternity/plus/petite sizing?
At this time we do not offer maternity or petite assortments but we do offer an amazing plus size assortment including great brands like Skies Are Blue, Liverpool, and Kut from the Kloth, with sizes through 3X.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time we cannot accommodate shipments to Canada. As we continue to improve and expand FFF Style we will keep our Canadian style muses in mind!
How do I cancel my FabFitFun Style account?
We’re so sad to see you go! Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to cancel or make changes to your FabFitFun Style account status.
How do I update my Style Profile?
To update your sizes and style preferences, please click here to retake your Style Quiz! Don't worry about creating a duplicate account - these new answers will merge into your existing account as long as you use the same email you used to register for FabFitFun Style.
How do I add my full-length body photo to my Style Profile Dashboard?
It’s easy! Head to your Style Profile Dashboard and click the camera icon or the “Upload Photos” button.
What if I don’t have an Instagram and/or Pinterest account?
No problem! We only ask for this additional information as it allows for a more personalized experience, but it is not required to be styled. Your stylist has plenty to work with using your Style Quiz answers alone.
How can I contact my stylist?
Want to write a personalized note about your likes, dislikes, hopes and dreams for your Style Box? Go to your Style Profile Dashboard and click the ‘Add Note’ button to start a new entry for your stylist. Otherwise, we are happy to pass along any message to your stylist - just reach out to us at email@example.com and we will make sure your message gets to them!
How do I change my address or billing information?
You can update your address or billing information through your FabFitFun member dashboard which can be accessed at https://fabfitfun.com/my-account.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will my FabFitFun Style Box ship?
When your box is ready to be styled, you will receive an email letting you know that your stylist has started creating your looks and the Styling Fee has been charged. Your box will ship out approximately 7-10 days from the date of this email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free! Need to return an item? No problem! Your box will contain a prepaid FedEx envelope.
How do returns work?
Once your box is delivered to your door, you have three business days to review the items in your Style Box, complete your Checkout Survey, and drop off any returns at your local FedEx. Returns are always free!
How do I exchange an item?
If you receive an item that you wish to exchange for a different size please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your exchange request. We are more than happy to exchange for a different size if our inventory allows.
What if an item I received is missing / damaged?
If your item is missing or damaged, please reach out to email@example.com so we can rectify this issue for you right away.
My package shows as delivered, but it’s not here - what can I do?
We are so sorry your Style Box has gone MIA! Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your concern so we may assist you. We’ve noticed that some boxes get delivered after they’re scanned, so it’s best to wait 5 business days as they often show up soon after.
How do I get a new return label?
A prepaid FedEx return envelope is always provided in your Style Box. If you ever need a new return label, just reach out to email@example.com and we will send you another.
What if all my returns don’t fit in the prepaid envelope?
If your returns do not fit in the prepaid envelope provided, you’re welcome to use a box of your own, or cut the return label from the envelope and affix it to the Style Box that you received. If the label gets damaged or you need a new one, just reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you another.
My Style Box was a dud. What’s next?
Oh no! We are so sorry that none of the items in your Style Box worked out for you! Please reach out to us at email@example.com letting us know why your Style Box didn’t work out for you and we would be happy to resolve this for you. We will make sure to let your stylist know what you didn’t like and any style preferences you may have, so they can get it right the next time!
My Style Box was perfect! What if I’m keeping everything?
We LOVE to hear that! If you decide to keep everything, please fill out your Checkout Survey within 3 days of receiving your box indicating that each item is a “Keep.” Once you submit your Checkout Survey, the 25% discount will be applied to your purchase. Get ready for everyone to tell you how fab you look!
Purchasing an Item via Instagram
How does it work?
We’re so excited that FabFitFun members can now purchase single Style items via Instagram Direct Message! To initiate a purchase, simply send us an Instagram DM at @fabfitfunstyle including your FabFitFun email as well as the item you’d like to buy. A member of the Style Team will reply back to you within 1 business day to confirm your purchase.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $5 flat rate for orders under $75. For orders $75 and above, shipping is free!
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship out within 7 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it ships!
How do I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not support exchanges for items purchased via Direct Message. If an item does not work for you, please return it per our policies listed below and place a new order!
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned in their original condition for a full refund in the form of a FabFitFun account credit within 14 days of receiving your order (for FREE!). If you return your item between 15 and 30 days from delivery, you will receive a refund in the form of FabFitFun credit less a $7.95 return shipping fee. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund at this time.
To return, simply fill out the form included in your order and send it back along with the item(s) in their original condition and all tags attached using the prepaid label included in your package.
