By the end of the year, sometimes we realize we haven&#8217;t stuck to the goals we set for ourselves in January. Let&#8217;s make 2017 the year we actually stick to our resolutions. Here are my top three tips to stay on track to meet your goals this year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consistently remind yourself.<\/strong> Write your resolutions on post-it notes and stick them to your bathroom mirror. The daily reminder will help you to think of your goals throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Track your progress.<\/strong> Keep a daily or weekly journal that tracks your progress towards meeting your goals. Once you see that you&#8217;re achieving results, you&#8217;ll be more likely to stick to your plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tell a friend.<\/strong> Share your goals with your boyfriend, your spouse, your family, and your friends.
