Whether it\u2019s revamping your old tree with different hues of ornaments, or adding color to the branches, this trend will leaf<\/em> your tree the chicest on the block.<\/p>\n

Use Ornaments and Tinsel<\/strong>
\nYou can either use ornaments that are a gradient of one color, or baubles that span the whole rainbow. We like to start at the top of the tree and use the lightest color, then work our way down, adding a slightly darker hue until we reach the bottom. (Helpful Tip: Use tinsel that alternates color to plot when to change the shade of your ornaments.) Don\u2019t limit yourself to just sphere ornaments! Get creative with different objects that are the perfect hue.<\/p>\n

In my family, we wait until the last minute to get our Christmas tree. After my brother passed away, it didn’t feel right to get a tree without him. When we were ready, we decided to make a new tradition of getting the tree the day before #Christmas and decorating it however we wanted. (That way we didn’t have to see the ornaments that reminded us that he wasn’t with us anymore.) This year, all the trees were looking a little dead so I suggested we spray paint the tree!
