Donating to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.syriarelief.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Syria Relief<\/a> provides direct support to Syrian citizens in an effort to relieve suffering. And, you can also donate to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icrc.org\/en\/donate\/syria-crisis-appeal\" target=\"_blank\">International Committee of the Red Cross<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donate Your Time<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you have a skill, there are several ways in which you can give your time. Are you a medical professional? Help save lives by giving medical advice via Skype through the Syrian American Medical Society (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sams-usa.net\/\" target=\"_blank\">SAMS<\/a>). Do you speak Arabic? Countless organizations could use your translation services, so reach out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Be Vocal<\/strong><br \/>\nSo many are unaware of what is happening in Aleppo, and it has only come to our attention in recent times. With\u00a0more people becoming aware, more people are beginning to take action. Speak out. This includes joining demonstrations and contacting your local government officials.
