If you&#8217;re not getting the most out of your workout time, then you&#8217;re doing yourself a great disservice. Here are the tell-tale signs that you are missing the mark during your workout:<\/p>\n<p><strong>You have superhuman strength.<\/strong> If your weights feel so light that you can do a ton of reps without tiring, then you should add more weight resistance\u00a0to your workout. The optimal weight resistance should be to complete 10-15 reps in one set, while still feeling challenging.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You look flawless.<\/strong> If you&#8217;ve worked out for an hour, but your hair and makeup still look flawless, you&#8217;re probably not working up as much of a sweat as you should be. Increase the intensity of your future workouts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;ve caught up with everyone at the gym.<\/strong> It&#8217;s nice to be friendly, but gym time is not social hour.
