We&#8217;re all guilty of it!<\/p>\n<p>However, constant negativity can breed anxiety and leave you feeling unhappy. So one\u00a0simple remedy we like to practice to combat negativity is gratitude. Taking the time to<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0be grateful can help keep you grounded and alleviate any anxiety and unhappiness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Here are<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0five different ways to practice gratitude every day. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Write it down.\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whether it\u2019s the first thing you do upon waking up, or the last thing you do before going to bed, write down what\u00a0you&#8217;re grateful for.
