So stop putting it off and get your flu shot already!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eat Immune-Boosting Foods<\/strong><br \/>\nFoods such as green tea and yogurt are great for your immune system. While it\u2019s hard to maintain a balance between clean and looking like a germophobe, wiping down your chair handles, keyboard, and phone before getting your day started can help. After all, cold viruses can live on hard surfaces for up to 48 hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Take Care of Yourself<\/strong><br \/>\nWork (and life in general) can be stressful, but it\u2019s important to\u00a0take care of yourself.
