Every\u00a0year it\u2019s the same. July hits and we start singing LFO\u2019s Summer Girls at the top of our lungs while rolling down the Pacific Coast Highway in our convertible. (OK, it\u2019s a hatchback, but we pretend it\u2019s a convertible.)<\/em><\/p>\n

Next thing you know, we\u2019re sunburned, our skin is dry, our hair is a mess and pretty soon we\u2019ve changed our tune to Cruel Summer by Bangarang.<\/p>\n

Luckily, we\u2019ve mastered the art of adapting our routine to keep our glow <\/em>all the way through August. Here\u2019s how!<\/p>\n

Step\u00a01: Exfoliate All Over<\/strong>
\nSure, we love our summer tan, but the dry, dull skin that comes along with? Not so much. We keep our skin bright and energized by removing lifeless skin cells with\u00a0Stemulation\u00ae Daily Micro Derm Scrub<\/a> in the shower.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize!<\/strong>
\nNow that we have soft, fresh skin, it\u2019s time to douse ourselves in lotion. \nYep, after washing our face with a gentle cleanser, we use OSEA Atmosphere Protection Cream<\/a> all over our face, neck, and chest. Did you know that the neck is one of the most commonly neglected areas when it comes to skin care? And one of the first to show signs of aging? Yikes!<\/p>\n

Step 4: Sunscreen. Everywhere.<\/strong>
\nIf you don\u2019t like that greasy feeling of normal sunscreen on your face, we totally get you. We\u2019re obsessed with Burt\u2019s Bees\u00ae BB Cream<\/a> with Broad Spectrum SPF 15. This stuff protects as it moisturizes and gives you an even tone.<\/p>\n

Step 5: Ride the Waves<\/strong>
\nIn order to keep your tresses from getting majorly damaged, you\u2019ve got to avoid applying heat to your hair as much as possible. One style that is a summertime staple is the beachy wave look.
