How does he\u00a0stay healthy when he&#8217;s constantly surrounded by\u00a0delicious Komodo dishes? Well, for starters, he works out often and makes sure to maintain a nutritious and balanced diet.<\/p>\n<p>One of his favorite breakfast items is a power-packed porridge, and lucky for us, he&#8217;s sharing his recipe! Check it out below #nomnom.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Chia Seeds, Fruits, and Nut Porridge<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n1 cup of raw chia seeds<br \/>\n1\/3 cup of blueberries<br \/>\n1\/3 cup of sliced strawberries<br \/>\n1\/3 cup of pine nutes<br \/>\n1 teaspon of coconut butter<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of brown sugar<br \/>\n1\/3 cup of sweet coconut shavings (ooptional)<br \/>\n2 cups of water<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Combine chia seeds and water\u00a0in a small pot on a medium heat.<br \/>\n2. Stir the porridge mixture until the consistency becomes thick and no lumps remain (add more water for any desired thickness).<br \/>\n3. Add coconut butter, brown sugar, blueberries, strawberries, and pine nuts to the porridge; mix for 30 seconds.<br \/>\n4.
