Need we say more?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use Nasal Spray<\/strong><br \/>\nFitness model, instructor, and nutritionist\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.monikapaez.com\" target=\"_blank\">Monika Paez<\/a>\u00a0suggests squirting saline solution or a nasal mist up your nose when traveling. &#8220;You can do this before boarding a flight to help keep your nose moist and capable of warding off microorganisms,&#8221; she says.<\/p>\n<p><b>Stay\u00a0Hydrated<\/b><br \/>\nAs a <a href=\"http:\/\/thefashionpoet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">blogger<\/a>\u00a0and ambassador of <a href=\"http:\/\/hiltongardeninn3.hilton.com\/en\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Hilton Garden Inn<\/a>, Annie Vazquez knows a thing or two about keeping healthy while on the go. She suggests only drinking bottled water. &#8220;<span class=\"s1\">Flying naturally dehydrates our bodies,&#8221; she says. &#8220;There are also water bottles that come with a filter and can clean your water for you like <span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.waterbobble.com\/water-bottle-filters-and-accessories\" target=\"_blank\">bobble<\/a>.&#8221;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eat Plenty of Fiber<\/strong><br \/>\nKeep your system moving properly (if you know what we mean!) by eating fiber-rich foods. &#8220;L<span class=\"s1\">oad up on fruits and veggies to beat bloating or an upset stomach from eating on the run,&#8221; Vazquez notes. &#8220;I like to also pack <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fiberone.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fiber One<\/a><b> <\/b>bars to avoid constipation, which tends to happen a lot when\u00a0[people] travel.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Drink Water with Lemon<\/strong><br \/>\nPaez also relays that water with lemon is awesome because it &#8220;helps prepare your stomach for any bacteria it&#8217;s being exposed to.&#8221; This is especially beneficial in countries where you can&#8217;t drink the water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Break a Sweat<\/strong><br \/>\nMarcey Rader, lifestyle trainer and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.extendedstayamerica.com\/marceyrader\" target=\"_blank\">Extended Stay America\u2019s Savve Traveler Expert<\/a>, notes that it&#8217;s okay to take a break from your daily routine. &#8220;[But] don&#8217;t let all your hard work creating positive behaviors throughout the year get lost over a three day weekend or a trip out of town,&#8221; she says. &#8220;Staying active even while on vacation will increase your energy and strength, improve your sleep and decrease your stress, making you healthier year-round!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wipe Away Germs<\/strong><br \/>\nAntibacterial wipes are the sh*t. Whip them out anywhere &#8212; buses, trains, planes, TSA, bathrooms &#8212; you name it, and you will germ proof said area.
