Bend your elbows to lower onto your forearms. Hold this position for at least 30 seconds. This move is a great way to quickly tone up your abs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The wall sit.<\/strong> Begin with your back against a wall. Bend your knees to slide your back down the wall until your knees are bent at a 90 degree angle. It should look like you are sitting on an invisible chair. Hold this position for at least 30 seconds. This move focuses on toning your butt and legs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your basic push up.<\/strong> Do 10 good ones to tone up your arms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have a few minutes, do this circuit 3 times. You&#8217;ll get a total body workout in a short amount of time.
