As you try new things, and set new goals, use this monthly habit tracker to watch your progress.<\/p>\n<p>Each month print out a new habit tracker sheet, then note the behaviors that will help you move toward your larger goals on the blank lines. (For example: Drink water, exercise, read 10 pages of a book.)
