Give in to temptation and gorge? Roll over and pretend you aren\u2019t hungry? Get some exercise by running to the nearest pizzeria?<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t fret yet! We sat down with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthfoodstalker.com\/about-me\/?utm_source=FabFitFun&amp;utm_campaign=b46d4b38dd-20110324_midnightsnacks&amp;utm_medium=email\" target=\"_blank\">Natasha Feldman<\/a> aka\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthfoodstalker.com\/?utm_source=FabFitFun&amp;utm_campaign=b46d4b38dd-20110324_midnightsnacks&amp;utm_medium=email\" target=\"_blank\">The Health Food Stalker<\/a> to get\u00a0her favorite healthy but satisfying midnight snacks\u00a0to tame the rumble and ease the mind.<\/p>\n<p>1) <strong>Homemade popcorn<\/strong>: Insanely easy &#8211; throw a bit of oil into a pot and 1\/4 cup of popcorn kernels. Shake the pot every so often. When the popping stops, it\u2019s done. Don\u2019t overcook; just a few burnt kernels will ruin the whole batch. Add a touch of vegan butter and salt. You can also add a little chili, oregano, or any spice you prefer. Or, add a little agave and it\u2019s just like kettle corn, but without all the fat and sugar!<\/p>\n<p>2) <strong>Small fruit salad with flax seeds<\/strong>: Feel free to enjoy a bit of evening fruit, but to avoid a sugar rush, toss some <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B001O8MI7K\/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=charlie06-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=B001O8MI7K\">ground flax meal<\/a> on top.
