Guadara says petite bodies should opt for jeans with a skinny or straight fit because you don’t want excess fabric hanging down the leg. Tailoring your pants, she adds, can also be equally helpful for those on the smaller side.\u00a0\u201cTailor or hem your pants if too long,\u201d she explains. \u201cJeans that end at your ankle will make your legs look a lot longer.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, she always advises picking a pair of jeans that have a big enough inseam to ensure you don\u2019t end up with an awkward length. \u201cLow-rise flared jeans will balance out a longer torso,\u201d she advises. \u201cHigh-waist jeans will flaunt your height.\u201d<\/p>\n
