I believe that energy is contagious and so it\u2019s important to choose the people in your life thoughtfully. My friends are my sounding board and have always been so supportive.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>What are three words that best describe you?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nAccording to Lauren [Conrad], &#8220;kind, selfless, and understanding.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>How do you define happiness?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nFor me happiness is doing what I love with people I love.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>When things get crazy, what&#8217;s one thing you always remember to do for yourself?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nExercise.
