We want our children to see men and women in a diversity of roles and that means women being everything from the breadwinner in the family to the CEO of a company, in high ranking political positions, and beyond.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>What does success mean to you?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nI&#8217;m constantly setting goals for myself to achieve. These goals \u2013 no matter how small or large \u2013 translate into happiness and success.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>What kind of legacy do you hope to leave for women in your industry?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nI want women to know that no matter your degree, experience, or upbringing, you can do anything you set your mind to.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>What&#8217;s the best advice you could ever give?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nAsk for help, and don&#8217;t be scared. Reach out to everyone you know when you need a connection or guidance.
