At my school, kids had nicknames like Duck Face, Hogger, and Subtle Randy (to be fair, Randy was quite subtle).<\/p>\n<p>Despite middle school teasing, you can totally defeat ab flab. Pull your knees into your chest and roll the ball towards your head.
