You can appreciate both but only one has your heart. I&#8217;m a pasta person, and I love how easy it is to create a delicious, fresh meal in under 20 minutes. I\u2019ll brown some butter, throw in whatever is fresh and tender from the farmers market, and finish off the bowl with plenty of parm.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Any advice for working women who can\u2019t find time to cook?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nI get it &#8212; I work in food and still can\u2019t find time to cook. Prep has become a great way for me to create shortcuts later in the week. For instance, if I\u2019m making something like lasagna or a bake, sometimes I\u2019ll make an extra one just for the freezer so I always have something in a pinch.
