From rice and soy to chia and quinoa, there are so many gluten-free options as well as gluten substitutes. However, if a <a href=\"https:\/\/celiac.org\/live-gluten-free\/glutenfreediet\/label-reading\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">label<\/a> doesn&#8217;t specify whether or not it&#8217;s gluten-free, check the allergen and ingredients list.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Change where you grocery shop<\/strong><br \/>\nBig grocery food chains will offer a ton of gluten-laden foods.
