If you\u2019re looking to kick back and sip on some drinks, The <a href=\"http:\/\/cooperislandbeachclub.com\/rumbar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rum Bar<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/cooperislandbeachclub.com\/brewery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microbrewery<\/a> will welcome you with open arms (and menus!). Here you\u2019ll find a collection of over 190 rums, delicious craft cocktails, and an on-site microbrewery. The resort\u2019s restaurant and coffee shop uses organic produce that\u2019s grown on the property including pineapple, papaya, lemongrass, sweet potatoes, bananas, and herbs.
