No, not the one where you\u2019re <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nypost.com\/p\/news\/local\/manhattan\/coke_and_no_smile_for_naked_sheen_lu6VQ9AyQSs6I7ZNWQSzTK\">stuck in a bathroom with a naked Charlie Sheen<\/a><\/strong>. This one finds us huffing, puffing and seriously sucking in just to zip up our \u201cfat\u201d jeans. Not good!<\/p>\n<p>When the battle of the bulge starts to get the best of us, consider a massive meal makeover! <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/portionteller.com\/\">Dr. Lisa Young<\/a><\/strong>,  NYU nutrition professor, lives by the notion &#8220;amounts count.&#8221; With  restaurants often dishing out over four times the normal serving size,  it\u2019s easy to lose sight of what a normal portion should be.<\/p>\n<p>One of the biggest keys to keeping your tummy trim is portion control.  Here are a few of Dr. Young\u2019s simple rules to keep in mind:<\/p>\n<p>#1: Protein portions should be the size of a deck of cards<br \/>\n#2: Veggies should fill about half your plate<br \/>\n#3: Extras should be frozen for later<\/p>\n<p>To make portioning even easier, try out this super simple meal-for-one  that is, amazingly, under 400 calories! (Double it for a romantic dinner  with that special someone. Triple if you\u2019re a little kinky and have two  special someones.)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Skinny FFF Shrimp Pasta:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 uncooked peeled shrimp<br \/>\n5 cherry tomatoes, halved<br \/>\n1 cup of chopped broccoli<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 ounces whole wheat penne pasta<br \/>\n2 t. olive oil<br \/>\n1 Tsp. fresh basil<br \/>\nSalt and Pepper<\/p>\n<p>Boil pasta in salted water. Heat oil, garlic, broccoli and shrimp in a  non-stick pan on medium high for 5 \u2013 8 minutes (until shrimp are pink).  Add in tomatoes and season to taste. Mix shrimp combination with the  strained pasta.
