When you&#8217;ve had a particularly stressful day, look back on prior entries to remind yourself of all of the things that make your life great.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attack your bucket list.<\/strong> Have you wanted to travel? Maybe you want to train for a marathon, or you&#8217;ve always wanted to learn to ski? Now is the time! Accomplish something from your bucket list to feel more fulfilled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Have some &#8220;me time.&#8221;<\/strong> Sometimes our schedules can be super busy. Remember to schedule time for yourself!
