Forbidden Kiss by Hotel Bel-Air 

Ingredients:
4 raspberries (muddled)
1 egg white
1 1/2 ounce Hendricks Gin
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce rose elixir
1/2 ounce Rose’s Grenadine

Directions: 
1. Combine liquid ingredients and dry shake without ice to emulsify the egg white.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously, then fine-strain through a mesh strainer to prevent raspberry seeds from entering drink.
3. Garnish with a rose petal wrapped raspberry.
*Suggested glassware: tall coupe glass


The ChrysanthemumThe Chrysanthemum by CIROC

Ingredients:
1 ounce CIROC Red Berry
1/2 ounce Benedectine
3 dashes Absinthe
Orange twist (garnish)

Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together in a shaker.
2. Pour in glass.
3. Garnish with orange twist.
*Suggested glassware: tall coupe glass


 

QT 1910QT’s Cocktail by Cantina 1910

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces rye
3/4 lemon juice
1 ounce thyme syrup (see recipe below)
1/4 oz Angostura bitters
Lemon twists and thyme leaves (garnish)

Thyme Simple Syrup Recipe:
10 ounces simple syrup
2 ounces thyme
*Let the thyme steep for twenty minutes in simple syrup strain off and store in the fridge.

Directions:
1. Compile all ingredients into a shaker and fill with ice and “shake it like it owes you money.”
2. Strain over a rock glass full of ice.
3. garnish with lemon twist and thyme leaves.


SIMI Wine SangriaSIMI Cab-Berry Cocktail by SIMI Winery

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup halved strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1 bottle SIMI Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
1/2 cup of SIMI Cab-Berry Syrup (recipe below)
1 cup sparkling water or soda
1/2 cup vodka
*Makes one pitcher

SIMI Cab-Berry Syrup Recipe:
2 pounds mixed blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries
4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 bottle SIMI Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Directions:
Syrup:
1. Rinse the berries and drain well.
2. Place in a large saucepan with the sugar, and crush.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently, and boil for 2 minutes.
4. Remove from the heat, and set aside to cool for 15 minutes.
5. Add the wine, and stir to combine.
6. Store in the refrigerator for two hours, or as long as overnight.
7. Strain the wine-fruit puree through a sieve, capturing the syrup in a bowl.
8. Bring the finished syrup to a boil.

Drink:
1. Mix all ingredients together and let stand in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator before serving.


 

Blushing-DateBlushing Date by TY KU

Ingredients:
2 ounces TY KU Coconut Sake
Muddled Strawberries

Directions:
1. Muddle fresh strawberries in a shaker.
2. Add TY KU Coconut Sake and stir.
3. Shake and pour over ice rocks.
4. Garnish with a strawberry.
