We haven’t grown tired of açaí yet, and neither should you. It’s delicious, high in antioxidants, and has the highest ORAC value among fruits and vegetables, which means it ups your body’s defense against free radicals.
Ingredients
1 frozen açaí packet
1 1/2 cup almond milk
2 bananas, 1 sliced
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of goji berries
2 teaspoons of coconut shavings
Directions
1. Blend together açaí packet, almond milk, and banana
2. Pour mixture into a bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries, goji berries, coconut shavings, and sliced bananas
