Items were missing from my box. How do I resolve this issue?

I think it’s very plain to see. You choose from whatever towel you want and if you want the makeup bag, which I am getting also for $10. It say $10 next to all the items that you don’t customize. I love the towels.

I think it is explained very simply, you have a choice of this or that item. No where does email state this is all that will be in box. Just keep checking your emails as time approaches for your next box. As soon as I start receiving emails, I start getting all excited. I truly love receiving my FFF boxes.

Oh - one other tip for you newbies - if you really want a particular Add-On and it is listed as “Out of Stock” keep checking back at least every day or more often especially as we get closer to the cut off date May 18. Many people put things in their Add-On cart then change their minds or have to drop things because they’re over budget. Things go in and out of stock all the time as people change their mind or work within their budget. I’ve put the Way of Will Foot Soak in and out of my cart 5+ times, and it has gone in and out of stock. Just keep checking. Unless you wanted those gauze wrap shawls - they were out of stock as soon as add-ons opened and as soon as someone let them go I got the last two and they have not been back in stock since. And I’m not giving them up! Sorry!!

For those of you who are new and were given only two choices - this is NOT all that will be in your box, there will be much more! FFF allows members to choose a few items in the box. This is called Customization. If you are a seasonal member (in other words you only pay every quarter) you only get a couple choices but many more items will be in your box. If you are an Annual Member (aka “Select Member” meaning you paid the entire year in advance) you get to choose more items in the customization of your box. Annual Select members do not (necessarily) get more items than Seasonal members, we just get more choices whereas Seasonal folks will get random items. Same items, just random. Annual Select members get more choice. In the same way, Annual Select members get early access to Add-Ons, and Seasonal members often miss out on the good Add-Ons cuz they sell out before you get access to them. It pays to be an Annual Select Member so consider paying the full year in advance. Hope that helps you newbies.

There is more than one choice in the editors box. But it’s not the monthly box. I got confused myself. I assume the one I looked at... the choice of the main 2 items must have been over or one out of stock. But it gave me choices of other items. The editors box ... the box you can get when you first sign up. Maybe not misleading but confusing if you come in after the time is up to choose main 2 items. But u do get more than one choice in editors box.

So I am new to this and I was only able to select 2 items. Does that mean that is all that will be in my box?

Because I was busy working, I went on early Friday morning and there were no choices. I had to take the only thing left. Totally frustrating.

Choice item means you can pick either, you can add the other item for an additional $10 if you want both items. It may be that they don't have enough available for you to add an additional item. It is in limited quantities. I added 1 thing & the next day went to add another & nothing else was available.

It does state choice item, but the way it’s laid out it looks as these two have other choice items not each other.

How more clearer can they be

Actually it's not misleading at all...if you actually read the descriptions of the towel and case it says in both choice item which means either or....

It's not misleading because you receive an email that explains that you choose one or the other.

I agree with Anne. I even tried to order both for the extrav $10 and couldn’t.

You really should note that the towel and train case are an either/or situation. This article makes it sound as thought everyone will receive both those items in their summer box, which is misleading.
