  • Eligibility: The FabFitFun Summer ‘25 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to participants who are the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence, and must reside in the United States, the United Kingdom, the District of Columbia, or Canada (Quebec province residents not eligible) at the time of entry. For Canadian Residents Only: Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a time mutually convenient for the entrant and FabFitFun or promotional agent of FabFitFun. Employees of Sponsor, participating vendors (if any), their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective participating advertising, promotions, and public relations agencies as well as members of their families and/or those living in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes is (a) governed by these official rules (the “Official Rules”), (b) void where prohibited or restricted by law, and (c) subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with FabFitFun’s Privacy Policy, and you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the FabFitFun Terms of Use and Sale. THIS INCLUDES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AND CONSENT TO DISPUTE PROCEDURES (AS OUTLINED IN THE “DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT” SECTION BELOW) WHICH, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION, REQUIRE YOU TO SUBMIT CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAY THAT YOU HAVE AGAINST FABFITFUN TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, GROUP, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.

  • Prizes: There will be 30,000 prizes available as follows (each, a “Prize”): 20,000 10% off coupons; 7,000 25% off coupons; 3,000 50% off coupons; and one (1) FabFitFun Prize pack consisting of various lifestyle products with an approximate retail value of $4,500+ (the “Grand Prize”). Only one Prize per Winner (defined below) will be awarded. FabFitFun will populate the virtual scratchers by a random assignment process. Odds of winning a 10% off coupon are [.018], odds of winning a 25% off coupon are [.01], odds of winning a 50% off coupon are [.006] and odds of winning the Grand Prize are [.000003]. Any Prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Payment of any and all taxes associated with each Prize is the responsibility of the Winner of the Prize. 
  • How to Enter: The Sweepstakes is open between 07:00 am Pacific Time on May 12, 2025, and 11:59 pm Pacific Time on July 23, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). To enter the Sweepstakes, you must satisfy one of the below entry methods:
  • Entering With a FabFitFun Membership (“Member Entries”): Navigate to the scratcher card on your FabFitFun Member Dashboard. Play by virtually “scratching” the playing field with your finger on the screen to reveal if you’ve won or not. Winning virtual scratchers are good for one Prize and may be redeemed only once.
  • Entering Without Membership (“Non-Member Entries,” together with Member Entries, “Entries”): People who are not FabFitFun Members must download the FabFitFun app and click the link “Explore The Box”. Next, click “SCRATCH” to navigate to the scratcher card. Submit your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. After clicking “SUBMIT,” you’ll be presented with the scratcher. Play by virtually “scratching” the playing field with your finger on the screen to reveal if you’ve won or not. Winning virtual scratchers are good for one Prize and may be redeemed only once.
  • Limit on Entries: Unless otherwise permitted by FabFitFun, limit of one Entry per person/account during the Entry Period, regardless of method of Entry. Entrants may not use multiple membership accounts or profiles to enter the Sweepstakes. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Entries, all of which are void. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized individual account holder of the account associated with the winning Entry. Sponsor’s computer is the official Sweepstakes clock.
  • Additional Entry Requirements: Each Entry must also comply with the following: 
  • Any Entry that fails to meet the Sponsor’s specifications may be disqualified at any time in Sponsor’s sole and unfettered discretion.
  • Entries that contain any viruses, spyware, malware or other malicious components that are designed to harm the functionality of a computer in any way may not be submitted and may be disqualified at any time in Sponsor’s sole and unfettered discretion.
  • Entries must not contain any personally identifiable information of any person other than you. 

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any Entry that it believes violates or potentially violates any of the foregoing requirements or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules. The decisions of the Sponsor on this and all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

  • Claiming a Prize: Prizes are not transferable. Taxes on any Prizes are the sole responsibility of each Winner. Prior to receiving any Prize, Winners must provide FabFitFun with any information or certifications requested by FabFitFun, in its sole judgment, for tax reporting purposes. If there are further questions regarding your individual tax position, please seek advice from an independent tax advisor. No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize or any component thereof for any reason. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s agreement to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Potential Prize winners may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release within 48 hours following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event that any prize notification message is returned as undeliverable or if no response to the prize notification message is received within the time period stated or if the potential winner is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may, in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from among remaining eligible Entries. If a confirmed Winner forfeits a Prize for any reason after confirmation, no alternate winner will be selected. In no event will more than the above-stated number of Prizes be awarded. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Winners of a digital coupon code Prize, should navigate to the “SHOP” section of the Mobile App or fabfitfun.com to apply their coupon code towards your next purchase in one of our weekly deals flash sales. All coupons will expire at 11:59 PM Pacific Time July 23, 2025 and must be used before that date. For all physical Prize Winners, we will automatically ship your Prize to your primary address on file if you are a FabFitFun member. If you are not a FabFitFun member, we will ask you to confirm the shipping address at which you would like to receive your Prize.
  • Additional Agreements/Rights Granted by You/Limit of Liability/Waivers: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and to interpretation of these rules by FabFitFun and (b) that FabFitFun and their agents, affiliates, representatives, and employees (“Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from or in connection with your participation in this Sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prizes. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize.  An entrant may be prohibited from participating in this Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants, Released Parties, or associated agencies or entities.

As a condition of entry, each entrant agrees that Sponsor shall have the right to use, copy, modify and make available the Entry in connection with the operation, conduct, administration, and advertising and promotion of the Sweepstakes and of Sponsor via communication to the public. Except as prohibited by law, each Winner also grants FabFitFun the perpetual right to use the Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, biographical information, and details of winning for FabFitFun’s commercial, advertising and publicity, or promotional purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation.

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event that the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by FabFitFun in its sole and absolute discretion, FabFitFun may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules, (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the Prize at random among the eligible Entries received up to the time of the impairment, or (c) in the case of any force majeure event including, without limitation, acts of God, war, government regulation or advisory, acts and/or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, major accidents or other calamity or casualty, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other cause or circumstance beyond FabFitFun’s control, making it illegal or impossible to conduct the Sweepstakes, FabFitFun may terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion. FabFitFun reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Failure by FabFitFun to enforce any provision of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: YOU AND FABFITFUN MUTUALLY AGREE TO WAIVE OUR RESPECTIVE RIGHTS TO RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES IN A COURT OF LAW BY A JUDGE OR JURY, AND AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE AGAINST EACH OTHER ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS IN ARBITRATION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 14 OF THE FABFITFUN TERMS OF USE AND SALE (“TOUS”).
  • Warranty and Indemnity: Each entrant represents and warrants that their Entry is original, that they are the sole and exclusive owner and right holder of the submitted Entry, and that they have the right to submit the Entry in the Sweepstakes. Each entrant further represents and warrants that their Entry does not (1) infringe any third party proprietary, intellectual property, industrial property, personal rights or other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligation; (2) include any personally identifiable information of any person other than entrant; or (3) otherwise violate any applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified the Released Parties at all times from and against any liability, actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses for or in respect of which the Released Parties may become liable by reason of or related or incidental to any act, default or omission by an entrant under these Official Rules including without limitation resulting from or in relation to any breach, non-observance, act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of these Official Rules by an entrant.
  • Elimination: Any false information provided within the context of the Sweepstakes by any entrant concerning identity, postal address, telephone number, ownership of right or noncompliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the entrant from the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that it believes in its sole and unfettered discretion infringes upon or violates the rights of any third party or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules.
  • Waiver: Entrants hereby waive all rights to: (i) claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (ii) have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 
  • Caution: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any associated website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.
  • No Third-Party Sponsor:  This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with any person or other entity, including any third party, other than Sponsor. NAMES, LOGOS AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE USED FOR PURPOSES OF SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR PRIZE DESCRIPTION ONLY. ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, TRADE NAMES, TRADE DRESS, PRODUCT NAMES AND LOGOS APPEARING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS; USE DOES NOT IMPLY AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unenforceable or unlawful for any reason, (1) the unenforceable or unlawful provision will be severed from these Official Rules, (2) the remainder of the Official Rules will be given full force and effect, and (3) severance of the unenforceable or unlawful provision will have no impact on the remainder of the Official Rules.
  • Giveaway Sponsor and Winner Information: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by: FabFitFun, Inc., located at 131 S. Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 (“FabFitFun” or “Sponsor”).
