I signed up June 13th 2020, no summer box yet... does it usually take this long? It's now August 18th and my box has been "on it's way" since June... what's the deal FFF? How will you resolve this?

So I received a promotional offer to sign up for seasonal membership and I will also get additional bundle worth 125+ dollars. I decided to give it a try, then I also got in contact with agent who confirmed this accurate and I will be getting bundle with the order. Now nothing came and when I contacted them they are refusing saying it was a mystery item only. Despite me showing them email and chat conversation with previous agent. This is really disappointing such false advertising!

I agree - I was pretty disappointed with the summer box. The fall and winter boxes were amazing but it seemed like the summer one was relatively light. Now I log in and see everything here and I definitely didn’t get what was supposed to be in the bundle. I don’t know if this is the result of setbacks with COVID-19 which is understandable. Hopefully you guys make it right for future boxes.

Summer 2020 was my second box; was absolutely a disappointment. I received 8 health/beauty items (lotions, toner, etc.). If only those items are being sent out, you need to let us know. I felt mislead and have cancelled my subscription.

I'm very disappointed in this box. Granted, for the first time I didn't take advantage of the picking out what I wanted ahead of time, but I didn't get anything that I would expect after the year or two of getting boxes. There were awesome items but I didn't get any of them in my opinion. I usually get a decorative item, a throw, a towel, something not 'makeup' or body related. I would've loved one of the vases, the diffused, some of the beautiful items that had nothing to do with beauty or body. I always looks so forward to getting my box, this is honestly the first time I've been disappointed.

I am a bit disappointed. I only received 3 of the things which I customized. This workout gel/lotion that was in the box has a slit at the top of the bottle, so it is spilling on everything else. I was happy to receive the items I had spent time picking out, only to receive things I don't need.

I have as well just started my subscription as of mid June and I can guarantee you none of these are options, AND none of these are optional customizations. The add ons shop was closed and after paying the subscription fee, and the upgrade add on fees I still DONT have my box. It simply say it’s ready to ship. However, the shipping schedule makes zero Sense According to my pay date and it’s a Terrible system so far. Depending on how long this takes and what actually shows up, I may be cancelling before the next box opens. This was so well reviewed (by paid reviewers ) and wanted to give it a try, but I’m not impressed at all at this point. I’m over 70$ some dollars in and now I’m super unhappy that NONE of these options were available to me and this is 100% false Advertisement by the way. Literally not one of these is available to you.

First time Subscribing- I went on excited about this Summer 2020 box.. They don't allow you to see the choices really until you have paid the money to subscribe.. Paid the money (after debating) and got totally different options.. After waiting to talk to someone- they said the summer box is gone so they are offering this one now.. i would have NOT started my subscription with the alternative option they gave me. They ended up refunding my money after 2 hours and said "usually our boxes are non-refundable" but we want to help you.. I didn't even customize one box and they were going to take my money for misleading advertising .. and than said they were "helping" me by giving me back my money ! that is NOT OK!

I too have checked to get the round beach towel last year, I didn't get it. And this year I have so wanted a kimono, but they are all gone by the time I customize. Its crazy, cause I still haven't gotten any shampoos or conditioners either. Something needs to change.

The FFF app indicates that my box still hasn't shipped. Its June 16th and my credit card was billed on May 27th. Also, I was not able to customize my box this time either because of system issues.

Was unable to customize my box due to website issues. I spoke with someone at FFF about this and they sent me an email for me choose 3 items for my box customizations. I chose 3 items and only one item that I picked was in the box when I received it.

Got my box and it was packaged like absolute shit, wasn’t able to customize my box before hand and would not have picked out half the things I received. The website is cluttered and confusing. This was my first and last experience with FabFitFun. What a disappointment.

I'm a returning member after canceling a couple years ago. I've had two boxes since I've reinstated and for me the spring box was a complete disappointment. This time around I had a lot of trouble and a few headaches trying to access the choice options when it was my time to make selections. I never got through and ended up missing the window. I logged in today to find they have shipped my box and was able to see what they've picked for me. Surprisingly, I really like what they've picked this time around. I understand that 2020 has been a challenging year, but you guys are veterans now in the subscription box game and my upcoming experience with this years Fall box is gonna make it or break it for me. I hope the decision makers are taking note, especially when so many of your customers are making the same complaints.

For the price I’m pretty disappointed that there was an issue right from the start. Giving it one season to be corrected before I unfortunately cancel.

I finally received my box today! Love it all! I customized my box and had no problems. If I liked more than one item, I just chose to buy it extra. The 3 items that FFF chose was a fun surprise and I liked them all. I also picked several things in the add-on sale! I’m an annual member so I get 1st picks. For $50 a box, your picks can be worth close to $500! A fun deal and I love a bargain! If you don’t like items, they make great gifts to someone else. I don’t see what all the complaints are for.

Just opened my Summer 2020 box. I didn't pick anything I got. I don't need 2 bags. Neither of which are my style. I wanted the tye dye towel. I wouldn't have chosen any of these. I'm thinking of canceling. Very disappointed.

I will be closing my account as soon as I know they are shipping my box. Nothing is in my box that I chose. They also added a metal ice bucket and some facial stuff as an add on and then they billed my account and took the money from my bank acct. I DID NOT order either one as an add on. This is my second box and I am not happy.

All who missed out on customizing. Don’t feel too bad. There were a lot of issues (per the usual). It took me 4 times and then the 5th pick wouldn’t add. When I finally got it to, I checked it a few days later and it said “beach mist” was picked. Ummmm no it wasn’t! I picked the bombshell blowout!!. I always double check my picks too. So I know it wasn’t on my part. ????????

To all who couldn't customize I had the same problem. I did a live chat on the website. Told them my issue, and they promptly fixed the issue and was able to customize. Hope this helps.

I too was really disappointed in this years open customizing! No notifications and when i tried it was closed. When my select membership expires I’m going to change to seasonal or completely unsubscribe. Ive been a member for awhile and i used to get so excited when my box came,it was like Christmas! A little frustrated was able to pick addons which cost additional not a problem but then when given the chance to customize the box, I only encountered problems and was never able to customize so now everything is a surprise and now the time has expired I guess I have to see if the surprise is even worth it ughh. Everyone should have the same chances as everyone else especially when we pay for for a year. My very first Box I was able to customize and even though I was charged twice for the same box I like the items I received because I was able to choice I hope this is not how the other boxes are going to be and I don't get a chance to customize and only able to do add ons with no problems because i'm paying extra for those items.

I think it’s a killer deal, maybe I might miss out on customizing one thing or another but the pros far outweigh the cons, nobody’s putting a gun to your head ????

So I’m seeing a lot of posts asking where one can customize their box. The box customization dates are usually sent by email beforehand so you can put them in your schedule for later. The dates are also always on the first page of the website and the app. You can customize on the FFF website or on the app on whatever day they’ve said at 9am pacific time so at least where I am it would be 11am. There’s always a link on the first page of the website as well as the app to take you directly to the customization page. I set an alarm and try to be one of the first ones on cause things do go fast. So in short, that’s how you customize.

Whenever I get email to customize, all the items are sold out that I want. I dislike all the things chosen for me and always seem to receive the least expensive item and less desirable item. I have expressed in my profile and directly to FABFIT re sensitive skin and gluten allergy but seem to keep getting facial scrubs and masks that contain gluten. I am trying one last box before discontinuing subscription. There are so many great boxes and items to subscribe to; FABFIT has sadly disappointed me. I would love to get a call from someone to correct these issues.

I am disappointed in the quality as well. The boxes are not what they used to be. I was a member a couple years ago and recently rejoined. To select extras, they should be separated by category. I have no desire to page through things that I'm not interested in.

I did not get an email this time on customizing my box. When I log in to my account it said seasonal customizing was the 15th. Then when I got up this morning to find out I really missed my chance and it was only for yearly members. I was very disappointed. Not pleased with the choices for me! Each time I go to make choices, I get sold out, although I am a select member. I believe choices are already made prior to options. I am unhappy with choices for me as I have only been a member for two seasons. And I am receiving the same items in both boxes. Different brands but same items. Would like more variety. Would join a less expensive club, if I just wanted face masks, facial serums, and eye brought pencils. And spring water sprays. Finding it to be a waste of my money. Not excited, nor impressed at all, as I have prepaid for 5 boxes, would love to cancel and be refunded for my last 3 boxes!

I have been so disappointed in the choices for me. I wanted the glasses and the key necklace and would love the beach towel and straw purse. I know some to choose are more expensive, but I chose accordingly no matter what the price. Please try to make this happen for me. I was going to cancel due to the pandemic but I’m hanging in there for the meantime. Now this makes a fabulous box! My other choices were picked by me also! Thank you!

I would love 5E,6F,7G as my 3 extras.... But the Riddle™ Oil Original Roll On $50 looks really interesting so I would swop the hand cream for it :) so excited for my box it's like a Santa delivery for adult women.

Does anyone else feel that compared to last years boxes this years have fallen off? I mean loved most of last years item but recent boxes just aren't as good and i always get the mystery bundle but they arent great anymore either. I am however looking forward to sunglasses.

I would like c/e/f/or g. I do not wear makeup nor can I wear perfumes due to asthma. I use and order very specific add ons for these reasons. I do not has this subscription to gift to others things can’t use. My female friends are picky or more low maintenance than me.

Kind of bummed about the FFF options chosen for me. I cannot tell you how many “universal” brow items I’ve received in boxes...THERE ARE NO UNIVERSAL COLORS WHEN YOU’RE A REDHEAD. Another item to toss away, sad too because one of the main attractions I had to the FFF boxes was the WANDER Beauty eye foil masks. They have been on twice since I have had my subscription and I have never gotten that option to choose or chosen for me. ????. Luckily I went a bit hog wild on my add-ins so I am still looking forward to my other items.

Today is may 8th and I did not receive an email for customization. I'm contacting customer service today to find out why. My last email from them was in the middle of April. Very upset.

To customise put the cursor over the words "My Box" at the top of your screen. A drop down will be shown...select customize. Have fun?? Hurry though!!
