Are you taking a trip this summer? You don’t need to fall behind in your fitness regimen when you’re on the road. Here are my top three fitness moves you can do in a hotel room:
- Tricep Dips. Sit on the edge of the bed. Plant your arms next to you. Slowly move your butt forward until it is suspended off of the bed. Your knees should be bent at a 90 degree angle with your feet flat on the floor. Bend your elbows to slowly dip your butt lower than the level of the bed. Then, straighten your arms to return to starting position. Repeat 15x. This is a great workout to tone your arms.
- Wall Sits. Stand with your back against a wall. Slowly walk your feet away from the wall and bend your knees until your knees are bent at a 90 degree angle. It should look like you are sitting on an invisible chair. Hold this position for 1 minute. Wall sits help to tone up your legs and lower body.
- Forearm Plank. Start in a position as if you are going to do a push up. Then, bend your elbows so that you are supporting your weight on your forearms. Hold this position for 1 minute. Holding a plank is a great way to exercise your abs.
