It’s summer and it’s about to be hotter than Zac Efron and Channing Tatum in a shirtless slip ’n slide contest! OK, that was an exaggeration (a really beautiful, dream-like exaggeration).

But it really is getting hot, and we’ve been spicing things up all week. Monday we hit you with Bibigo’s Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts featuring Thailand peppers, and today, we’ve got a fiery cocktail to rev up your weekend.

The Spicy Paloma comes to us courtesy of the mixologists at The Roof in New York City. With tequila, grapefruit and lime juice, simple syrup, and Thai chile aperol for a kick, this cocktail tastes like the liquid version of that slip ’n slide contest we were telling you about earlier.

Test it out and prepare for things to heat up!
