By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to receive the e-newsletters from FabFitFun, Hallmark, and Seedling.
Contest period:
The giveaway begins on December 18, 2014 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time and will end December 25, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Prize:
1. One (1) grand prize winner will receive:
– Four (4) FabFitFun VIP boxes, which is a year’s worth of FabFitFun VIP boxes
– One (1) $200 gift card redeemable at shopseedling.com
– One (1) $200 Hallmark gift card, redeemable online or in any Crown store
2. Five (5) runners up will receive:
– One (1) FabFitFun VIP box
– One (1) $50 gift card redeemable at shopseedling.com
– One (1) $50 Hallmark gift card, redeemable online or in any Crown store
Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Eligibility:
1. Legal residents of the United States are eligible to receive the prize.
2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
3. To enter the contest, enter a valid email address at http://seedlinghallmark.fabfitfun.com. Only one entry per person.
The winner will be chosen randomly from entries received during the contest period. Every referral using the received reference URL increases odds of winning.
Prize Redemption:
The prize winner will be notified through the email address provided at the time of giveaway entry. To receive the prize, winner must respond within seven (7) days of being notified.

By entering the giveaway, you release Opera New Media LLC d/b/a FabFitFun, Hallmark, and Seedling from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or delivery, mis-delivery or acceptance of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or other theory.
