Ingredients:
3 shots light coconut milk, plus extra for the rim
2 shots espresso (or strong coffee)
1 shot vanilla vodka
1 shot crème de cacao
10 dark chocolate covered espresso beans, crushed (you will not use all of this)
Dark chocolate flakes
Directions:
1. Shake the coconut milk, espresso, vodka, and crème de cacao in a cocktail shaker with ice. Put the extra coconut milk in a shallow dish, wider than the rim of the martini glass.
2. Put the espresso beans in a separate dish. Dip the rim of the glass in the coconut milk and then in the beans. Garnish with dark chocolate flakes.
