We’re loving all the Zoya nail polish colors, so why not match your sorbet with your mani?

10 ripe mangoes, puréed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of salt

1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, swirling the pan to stir. Bring to a boil and cook until very thick and syrup-y. Remove from heat.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk the mangoes and lemon juice until smooth.
3. Add the mango mixture and pinch of salt to the syrup and whisk for about 30 seconds.
4. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Cover mixture directly with plastic wrap and place in fridge to ripen for at least 8 hours. When the batter is ready, pour it into an ice cream maker through a fine sieve, and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions. Enjoy!
