We’ve always admired Chrissy Teigen for her witty humor and honest personality, but the social media queen gave us yet another reason to admire her. The former Sports Illustrated model took to her Twitter on Monday and posted unfiltered videos of her mom bod to shed light on the unrealistic expectations often thrown at women by social media.

“Instagram is crazy,” Teigen says. “I think it’s awesome people have killer bodies and are proud to show them off (I really do!!) but I know how hard it can be to forget what (for lack of a better word) regular ol’ bodies look like when everyone looks bonkers amazing.”

Teigen also admits that while she’s still working to accept her insecurities, she hopes that putting her post-pregnancy body on display will resonate with other women struggling with body confidence. Talk about #momgoals.
