Trampoline parks have been popping up in multiple locations in the last five years. It’s the perfect excuse to jump around like a kid again — and plus, you can get your cardio in.
Have a game night
Invite all your friends over for an adult game night. Add wine and more mature games like Cards Against Humanity to the evening’s menu for a night filled with laughter and memories.
Join a sports team
Check out your local community or recreation center to see if there are any sports teams with openings. From local soccer teams and volleyball squads to basketball tournaments, let out your inner athlete that you packed away with your childhood trophies.
Take a recreational class
The perk of adulthood is that you don’t have to sign up for any classes you don’t want to. From pole dancing to kickboxing, or cooking classes and yoga, there’s an endless number of classes you can sign up for to rack up your skills list.
Visit an amusement park
Probably one of the best ways to be a kid again and rid yourself of stress is to visit an amusement park. If you never got the chance to go to Disneyland as a kid, then now is the perfect time to buy those mouse ears and ride the tea cups.
