Alfred Teapot

I did not receive 1 item I chose.I feel like I received the leftovers.Hoping I get items I choose next box or I would not have paid for the year.

I received my box yesterday and the main thing I was looking forward to was crushed. It was the Alfred ceramic teapot. The live chat didn’t go well and said they were out of the teapot and wouldn’t replace it. I have decided NOT to except their $10 add on credit for the winter box and cancel my subscription with fabfitfun. I will be giving some of the items as gifts. I have looked at others comments on their site about the fall box and see that a lot of subscribers very disappointed with this box. I now understand why they are disappointed. I do not like the customer service I have received or what others have to say and I choose to take a loss and turn to social media to express my concerns. I will not be referring ANYONE to their service and will be discouraging ANYONE to join!
