Quality
- Recipes should be made with with real, wholesome, natural or minimally processed ingredients. For example, we prefer “one clove of garlic, minced” vs. “garlic powder.”
- To avoid making the recipe appear complex, it is acceptable to include high quality prepared ingredients. For example, high quality jarred sauces, dressings and marinade can be used instead of homemade versions.
- Use fresh ingredients whenever possible.

- Please include helpful tips and guidance when appropriate to help make dishes even better and unique.
- Use time-honored and familiar techniques as well as time-saving tips.
Cheese Priority/Recipe Naming
- Recipe names should reflect main ingredients and be descriptive rather than fanciful.
- Include cheese variety in recipe title when possible. For example, “Six Cheese Penne with Sausage” is preferred over “Italian Pasta Cheese Bake.”
